Billing & Policies

"Unless indicated otherwise on the Services Schedule, ALL INTAKE, ASSESSMENT, AND THERAPY SERVICES will be billed at the standard rate of $250.00 per hour."

1. Individual Therapy Services ($250/hour)

• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – Address anxiety, depression, and negative thought patterns.
• Trauma & PTSD Counseling – Evidence-based techniques (EMDR, CPT) for healing.
• Anxiety & Stress Management – Coping strategies for panic disorders and chronic stress.
• Depression Therapy – Personalized treatment plans for mood regulation.
• Relationship & Family Dynamics – Conflict resolution and communication skills.

2. Group Therapy Sessions ($250/hour)

• Support Groups – Peer-led sessions for shared experiences (e.g., grief, addiction).
• Skills Workshops – DBT-based emotional regulation and mindfulness training.
• Couples Counseling – Structured sessions to improve partnership dynamics.
  

3. Specialized Assessments & Diagnostics

• Psychological Evaluations – ADHD, autism, and personality assessments.
• Pre-Treatment Intake Sessions – Comprehensive history review and goal setting.
• Crisis Intervention – Immediate support for acute mental health episodes.
  

4. Police & First Responder Therapy

• Unique stressors: Cumulative trauma, family anxiety, high-risk job pressures.
• Health risks: Linked to hypertension, depression, PTSD, substance abuse.
• Our approach: Ultra-confidential evaluations + actionable coping strategies.
