If you have not already done so please complete and submit the digital intake form provided on the previous page before submitting payments.
Initial interview and assessment payment processing is available through this site only; after scheduling has been agreed upon via telephone or email contact with Dr. Brown's office. The fee for the initial interview and mental status assessment is $500.00 unless otherwise discounted. The client must notify Dr. Browns office via email of any cancellations 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment in order to receive refund consideration.
